Has your mare been with us before: *
All mares coming to the facility are required to be properly vaccinated for Influenza, EHV, Tetanus, EEE, WEE (standard 5 way). Your mare must not have had clinical Strangles in the last 6 months or been from a farm that had Strangles. If they have, then a full vaccination and two months free of clinical signs must occur before arrival. Veterinary signed records must accompany all vaccinations. We can do these vaccinations, dental, deworming and farrier for extra if required. *
In addition to breeding, I would like the following for my mare:
1. If The Mare comes with, or foals at Charles Ranch Equine, The Mare and foal will be collectively known as The Mare.
2. The Owner agrees to pay all fees, as they come due, and no later than the date of mare pick-up, to 0760724 BC LTD dba Charles Ranch Equine, including but not limited to a. Board for The Mare (and her foal if necessary). b. Breeding services and supplies. c. Shipping and handling of semen. d. Permits. e. Medical treatments, whether related to breeding or to injury while at Charles Ranch Equine.
3. The Owner agrees to allow sedation and any other treatments necessary for the normal scope of breeding.
4. The Owner agrees to make an $800 deposit to Charles Ranch Equine prior to The Mare arriving at Charles Ranch Equine.
5. The Owner FULLY UNDERSTANDS that, even though Charles Ranch Equine will do their best to care for The Mare, injuries, illness or death can occur.
6. Charles Ranch Equine Strongly advises to insure the mare prior to arrival at Charles Ranch Equine.
8. The Owner waives ALL LIABILITY AND RIGHT TO SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS 0760724 BC LTD, its owners, family, agents or employees under all and any circumstances, even in the event of neglect. *
9. If The Owner is leasing The Mare, then the owner agrees to accept all responsibility and legal costs for 0760724 BC LTD, its owners, agents or employees, should the actual owner decide to take any legal action against 07860724 BC LTD, its owners, family, agents or employees *
10. If The Owner decides to take any legal action against 0760724 BC LTD, its owners, family, agents or employees, then The Owner agrees to pay all legal and court fees for 0760724 BC LTD, and its for its owners, agents and employees. *
11. If The Owner decides to take any legal action against 0760724 BC LTD, its owners, family, agents or employees, then the owner understands and agrees that the jurisdiction for any court filings and courts hearings will take place in the Kamloops BC. *
12. The Owner and Charles Ranch Equine agree to a two way NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT of any negative or defamatory remarks about each other. *
